Mainline Pharmacy is an independent community pharmacy with five community pharmacy locations, plus long-term care and compounding/infusion pharmacies offering a spectrum of services to their patients, including:

The partnership between Mainline Pharmacy and Duquesne University School of Pharmacy will provide the resident with every experience necessary to develop teaching and research skills necessary to serve as an educator and preceptor of student pharmacists.

About the Program:
  • The resident will gain the experience, understanding and proficiency to operate an independent community pharmacy
  • The resident will gain useful clinical knowledge and skills through experience to prepare the resident to practice as a clinical pharmacist in community pharmacy beyond the traditional model of dispensing pharmacy practice
  • Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Eligible for Licensure and Authorization to Administer Injectables in PA by September 30th
  • Passion for Independent Community Pharmacy and Providing Exceptional Patient Care
